Autumn Wedding

Autumn is my favourite season here in South Western Ontario. The trees are now turning colours- changing from bright green to gorgeous shades of red, orange, yellow and brown. I love how the air is a little more crisp and cool. Harvest time has started and that brings tractors, combines and corn dust flying everywhere...oh it is just perfection!

What a beautiful time of year for a wedding...and that is what this card was made for. A friend needed a wedding card for a fall wedding and requested colours including brown, orange and purple. PURPLE!? Groan... Despite the challenge of including that colour (why do us crafters dislike using purple so much??) I knew that I wanted to use Waltzingmouse Stamps' Teeny Trees set. Purple leaves can happen right? In this case, yes. So there. :)

Supplies:
Stamps: Teeny Trees (Waltzingmouse Stamps); congrats (Michael's); lace backgrounder (Cornish Heritage Farms)
Ink: Antique Linen (Ranger); Dark Chocolate, Orange Zest, Plum Pudding (Papertrey Ink)
Cardstock: Dark Chocolate, Vintage Cream (Papertrey Ink)
Other: ribbon, button, twine (Papertrey Ink); gems (Kaisercraft)
Tools: Corner Chomper (We R Memory Keepers); Bow Easy
