Make A Wish!

This card is proof that a little bit of everything thrown in does not make for a good recipe... :) Oh well- it's bright, fun and bold at least!! AND- that Bella BLVD. paper is just TOO awesome!! Things to note: the chipboard circle I painted using an Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber; the scalloped circle I stamped using Versamark, embossed, then cut out by hand; the ribbon I attached using Scor Tape. :) Enjoy!
